Clambake is the story of a wealthy oil heir who trades places with a water ski-instructor to see if girls will like him for himself, not his money

The Wire

Friday, August 4th, 2006

Have you seen THE WIRE seasons one and two? Check out the first two seasons before the third season comes out on DVD next week.

The show was created by David Simon. He wrote The Corner: A Year in the Life of an Inner-City Neighborhood which chronicles the experiences of a family over the course of a year to illustrate life in Baltimore’s drug-racked inner-city

This highly realistic television series follows a single sprawling drug and murder investigation in Baltimore. Told from the point of view of both the police and their targets, where easy distinctions between good and evil are challenged at every turn.
