Edgar Awards announced – Edgar Allen Poe Society and Poe House, Baltimore win Raven Awards

Edgar Awards Announced Thursday, April 30
C.J. Box’s Blue Heaven was named best novel at last night’s 63rd Annual Edgar Awards Banquet, presented by the Mystery Writers of America. Raven Awards were given to the Edgar Allen Poe Society, Baltimore and to The Poe House, Baltimore.

Edgar Allan Poe Awards Announce Nominees

According to a press release of 1/16/09, The Mystery Writers of America has announced the nominees for the 2009 Edgar Allan Poe Awards, as it celebrates the 200th anniversary of the birth of Poe.

Awards will be presented on 30th April in New York City.
